At SAVA Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at our Amsterdam warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
